Hi!

It is very interesting to hear all the various ways to

treat Carpal Tunnel!

My suggestion: Dig some fresh Comfrey root, the leaves

just won't do. Wash and pound them with a hammer,

until " slimey " , place in small amt of simmering water,

simmer for aprox 7 min. Make a poutice and wrap around

wrists, before bedtime. Insert hands through breadbag,

and tie up ends of bag with loose rubber bands, to

keep moisture in, and prevent dripping. I'm a massage

therapist, and this worked practically overnite for

me.

A reputable chiropractor can " pull " the joint open,

as the main reason, I beleive for this problem is the

outer bone, of the forearm (ulner?) is jammed into the

socket joint of the wrist, and quite possibly the

elbow. There is a pressure point to check, just below

the elbow, about 2 inches, along the bottom of the

ulner....

People also seem to get releif by using ginger and

cypress in a base of almond, grapessed, apricot and

jojoba. I think it's the ginger mainly, but it can

cause a reaction in some people, so make sure it's

diluted.

I really enjoy all the aromatherapists who write into

the newgroup!! Very informative and interesting! Thank

you!
