Guest guest
Hi Andi I know more about ordinary arthritis than rheumatoid, but in the spirit of posting more to this list ... Rheumatoid arthritis is an auto-immune disease, where your body fights itself. You can use anti-inflammatory oils such as camomile, and cleansing ones like juniper and lemon. Use them in massage and baths, and compresses when there's inflammation as you can't use massage then. Diet plays an enormous role (as it does for all forms of arthritis), so see a good rheumatologist. There are some good homeopathic and Traditional remedies too, so it's a case of choosing the route that suits you and sticking to it.
