You can go to your local health food store and ask for a tincture of licorice

and wild oats, or just plain licorice. I'd try what appeals to you.

Thank you so much for all of your caring and advice. I have never met

such a wonderful, caring, KNOWLEDGEABLE group of people! I am

carrying the amethyst and rose quartz. I am doing " ok " , not perfect,

but working on it day by day, one day at a time.

ps i read in a mag or book that put clean amethyst in glass of water for a

couple of hours in sun and drink water helps to stop smoking too

you can try this with lithium quartz (kunzite, sugilite, pink tourmaline or

lepidolite in water...as they are high in lithium) as lithium is a cheif element

for breaking addictions. Folklore credits amethyst with breaking addictions. I

bet they taste delicious together.
