To whoever was looking for ginger essential oil:

Liberty Naturals has ginger essential one--one from China and one from India. I

have some

and really like it especially for its " warming " effect. You should be able to

get some from

their web site: http://www.libertynatural.com

I also checked in Julia Lawless' Encyclopedia of Essential Oils, and it is

listed as being useful

for arthritis, muscular aches and pains, poor circulation, sprains, congestion

and cough, sore

throat, diarrhea, nausea, chills, colds, flu, infectious disease. It is

analgesic, antiseptic,

antispasmodic, bactericidal, carminative--there's more, but that's an overview.

Hope this helps,

Susan Kelsey

Much better to try Ginger Carbon Dioxide extract. The 'active ingredients'

mostly gingerol and shagaol - are too heavy to be brought over with steam

distillation. For 'warming', anti-inflammatory effects (arthritis),

anti-nausea effects (travel sickness, morning sickness), even as a spice,

the CO2 extract is decidedly superior to the essential oil!

If you would like more details, please contact me.If you provide me your

mailing address, I will send you our catalouge...
