Unfortunately you can't distil jasmine - it's always an absolute, made by solvent extraction only. You could try putting fresh jasmine flowers in a bottle and covering them with almond oil. Leave the bottle in the sun or on a sunny windowsill, turning it occasionally. When the flowers turn brown, strain the oil and put fresh flowers in it. Each time you strain the oil, smell it to see if it's strong enough yet. This process is called maceration.
