Guest guest
Hello Annie, Sheri and list members, Suggestions for a broken ankle? Here are a few, pick your favorite from basil, cypress, elemi, fir, peppermint, pine, rosemary, spruce, or tansy (you could even pick two or more, but keep it simple) and combine it with birch. Birch is analgesic, antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory and supports bone function. It's main constituent, methyl salicylate, is similar to salicylic acid, the stuff used in aspirin. An old American Indian recipe that you might want to try: 10 drops birch 4 drops ginger 3 drops helichrysum 2 drops lemongrass 3 drops pine, or equal parts birch, clove helichrysum and peppermint Have fun, Les
