Guest guest
For a dental abcess put one drop of chamomile on a cotton bud and apply directly to the abscess. Also rub over the jaw and cheek area with the following oil: 3 drops Lavender 2 drops Tea tree Diluted in 1 teaspoon vegetable oil You could also use Lemon, Geranium, Fennel, Bergamot, or Myrrh. Some of thes should be avoided if you are pregnant. Hope it eases Nerys Australia > " Paige " <paige > > I have an abcessed tooth and the dentist forgot to call my antiobotic in > yesterday before she went on vacation....Is there something I can do or take > eo wise?? > Paige > > > > ------ > GET A NEXTCARD VISA, in 30 seconds! Guest guest
Hi Paige, A blend of 90% alcohol and 10% peppermint makes a very good painkiller. Put it on a tissue or something en apply it on the outside of your cheek. Works very good for headaches too! Guest guest
I'd pick up the herbal capsule blend of goldenseal w/myrhh. Or the liquid form so you can swish. I " m sure the gals here will have some good EO ideas, but the capsule form is what I've done when I had gum and tooth troubles. Wishing you many good things --- Sherri
Guest guest
Hello Paige, You asked, " I have an abcessed tooth and the dentist forgot to call my antiobotic in yesterday before she went on vacation....Is there something I can do or take eo wise?? " One of the traditional uses clove oil includes toothaches. Others that you might consider - birch or melaleuca. Hope it takes the " bite " out of your pain. Thanks, Les
