Hi April- I have never heard the term " aromatherms " , but what I am getting from the company footnote is that the two oils (cinnamon and eucalyptus) are being used for both their properties as well as their fragrance for the product. Coming from a sales & marketing background within the aromatherapy industry, more than likely the term " aromatherms " is something the company coined to grab your attention - not necessarily to be designed as a coverup for not using real essential oils.
