Guest guest
Not quite correct. Sweet Fennel is fine - it's the bitter Fennel, with a high content of fenchone that is suspect. Basically, it's oils with a high content of ketones - hence Spike Lavender, Mugwort and Thuya are in the list as well. Guest guest
Oils to not be used with Epilepsy: Epilepsy: Avoid the following oils in cases of epilepsy, due to their powerful action on the nervous system: fennel (sweet), hyssop, rosemary and sage (all types).
