And on filters, there can be no concern for over-doing it. Listen to the oils/plants tell you what they can do for you. And then, play/intuit a bit. Guest guest Posted May 1, 2010 Report Share Posted May 1, 2010 Dear Silverlily, For your flu, a formula that needs to be taken every 4 to 6 hours until you feel better. Take 3 drops under the tongue. The formula is: 1/2 oz. Canola Oil (or any other base carrier that you chose. This just tastes neutral.) 1 drop cinnamon leaf eo 1 drop tea tree eo 3 drops orange eo 3 drops lemon eo 2 drops peppermint eo You should see results in about 24 hours. However, because you have been sick for several weeks, it may take longer to work. Also, take 3 Cat's Claw capsules and 3 Geinsing capsules for 3 times each day for about 3 weeks to help your immune system kick back in and get rid of this nasty stuff. We had a variety of this flu for over 2 months and finally I had to make this and take the capsules to get rid of the flu. Good Luck! Get well soon.
