10 drops birch

3 drops helichrysum

2 drops lemongrass

3 drops pine

4 drops ginger

Mix in teaspoon and apply a few drops to local area neat. Cypress

improves circulation, with damaged tissue circulation needs to be

increased.>

I am puzzled: Is this mixture for pain relief? Do you put Cypress in too? The

use

of birch, especially undiluted, particularly worries me as it is highly toxic,

more

so if specific medication is being used, such as anticoagulants. The birch and

the

lemongrass together is also likely to burn the skin, especially applied

undiluted.

I do not think essential oils can help bones mend, although I once saw Elemi

described this way. I suppose you could use cytophylactic oils to promote cell

renewal.
