A friend of mine has a terrible time going shopping and walking by those smelling perfume counters. She doesn't want to take an all day drug just to shop for a little while, with a short walk past a smelly person or place. Any ideas that she could slip in her purse and use for the moment(s)? thanks
Guest guest
Dear Sherri, Depending upon how bad her allergies are. Have your friend use the cotton balls in the ear method with a drop of lavender eo on each cotton ball. Then when she is in the mall use the cotton balls and when she leaves, take them out. This beats taking over-the-counter meds for an hour at the mall. She can always carry the cotton balls already made up in a zip-loc baggie and take them out when needed or stick them in her bra for easy access. I hope this helps. If you need you can email me privately and we can improvise a formula for her.
