Rose otto recipes & blends

Hi Everyone,

I fairly new to the list but was wondering with all the wealth of

information out there, if anyone has some really good recipes or blends

for some great rose otto I got from Butch Owen from my husband as a

surprise birthday gift. He knows I've been after some for ages but just

haven't had the money to buy any. Can anyone help?

Dear Ann,

Go to the public library section entitled Science & Technology under

the Cosmetics area. Once there, ask for them to show you some of the old

perfumery books written about 60 to 80 years ago on perfumery. In these

books are many rose recipes that you can adapt to your needs. Be sure to

take money to make copies of the pages that you want because you are going

to want more than one recipe. Pick out a recipe and email me and I will help

you make a wonderful fragrance that your husband will as well as you

remember the rest of your life.
