Guest guest
Everyone's having to get back to work or they're sick (like I've been with the flu bug). Everyone take take and stay well. Guest guest
it's nt a flu bug, it's the ethylene dibromide in the chemtrails the gov't has been spraying all over the country for months. Dennis
Guest guest
Dennis, if this is true then quality essential oils may well be what we need to use. From what little I've learned, the essential oil molecules are able to " gobble " up all kinds of toxic material. Funny you mention this (have the courage to mention this...), because I kept saying that this stuff is not any normal kind of flu and I had been wondering what has been sprayed that we don't know about. I'm not into waging fear and all, but having knowledge allows us the freedom to take care of ourselves in better ways. Guest guest
Dear Dennis, I'm glad to hear that you're surviving so well. My son came home from school for the Christmas holidays and " blessed us " with upper respiratory which then went into stomach problems before we could do anything about it. I was glad that I had my cold/flu formula to take which helped immensely to shorten my time with the upper respiratory. Now the stomach crud was another story but here again, essential oils saved the day. They DO help shorten stomach problems greatly along with the respiratory problems. Guest guest
when i get the extremely rare upper respiratory crud i boil a cuppa water, put in one drop EO of galbanum and snort the steam. it's like a miracle nondrug. i don't especially like the smell of galbanum, but i find it strangely compelling. i'm forever opening the bottle and sniffing it. it's like the taste of ginseng, sort of.... i love to dislike it. make any sense? Guest guest
Dear Dennis, Never thought of using Galbanum in that way. I will have to try it next time I get an upper respiratory. I use it a lot, however, in other formulas that I make. It is an unusual smell that grows on you. Are you aware that the use of Galbanum goes back over 2000 years? It is great in men's perfumes. Guest guest
i thought it went back over 4000 years. i learned about it in exodus and spent the next 25 years trying to find the stuff, gawd bless the internet :-D mind a personal observation? steer clear of YLEO essential oils. their greed has passed the bounds of sanity. $55 for one cc of galbanum. i got about 30 grams for $25 from a place in england. regards, Dennis
Guest guest
Dennis, The first " oils " that were used were infused herbal oils. The still as we know it did not make it to the Western World (Arabia) until the 10th century when Abincenna (pardon the spelling), an Arab Chemist, introduced a version of the still that we use today to the western world. We know that India and China had rough stills as early as 4000 years ago but they were not sharing that information with our known world until the Arabs started making their trips to those parts of the world. Infused herbal oils can be very strong and potent. Resins or a form of resins was used by the ancient world but not essential oils as we know them today. If you will read some of the very old perfumery books there will be notes about using " infused oil of .. . . " for their formulas throughout the formulary. I make infused oils and some of these oils have to set for years to get a good fragrance. Some only have to set for about a year but they do all have one thing in common, they help heal. Also, these herbal oils can melt plastic the same as an essential oil can and many do have very good fragrances. Of course they are not as strong as an essential oil but they do smell good and work well to make a healing perfume for someone. Angelica Root herbal infused oil is one oil that must set for at least 5 years to get a good smell. Goldenseal has an interesting fragrance as does saw palmento and ambrette seed.
