Guest guest
The flu bug seems to be everywhere the past few week, making the news coast to coast. So far nobody in my family has come down with it, but I am looking to antiviral aromatherapy to help ward it off. Especially since the M.D.s don't have much that is effective against viruses, it's up to natural medicine to answer that need. In the herbal realm, echinacea and reishi are my great allies. And aromatherapy? Tell me what you think about this idea. In the carrier oil, I blended 7 drops tea tree, 1 drop red thyme, 3 drops oregano. (I also added a drop of frankincense and probably should have used a bit more of that. It's not only antiviral, it smells better!) I rubbed this blend into feet and spine. Any suggestions? Oregano has recently been gaining attention as an antiviral. What do you think of it? Can you get used to smelling like a pizza? ===== menuo sauluZe vede pirma pavasareli The Moon married the Sun In the first springtime Talk to your friends online with Messenger. http://im. Herbally is the way we've been keeping it all at bay - green tea, astralgus, pau d'arco, elder berry, as well as echinacea. Not taken all all the time, just when I think of it. I'll be interested in what ideas the group has, too.
