What I did, during the New Year's holiday, however, was to do what is always taboo, and that's to dab just a tiny bit on my wrist. Seeing that I don't seem to have any allergic reactions to the oils being applied sparingly, in a neat fashion, that is what I did. I think that if you add some sweet fennel to some jojoba, you would be much better off, or diffuse it while preparing meals and eating. Happy New Year! Jeannie Fazio What do you get when you have a cow and a duck? Milk and quackers.
Guest guest
Dear Vicky & Jeannie, Please be carefull about using too much fennel. It can cause damage to your kidneys. I know that you are wanting to lose weight but please be patient with youself and look within to find your real cause for the weight problem. I speak from experience because I have seen several clients within the past several years who have read a book on aromatherapy and suddenly discovered " fennel " the miracle weight cure. There is no one cure for weight. Look at your blood sugar and see is you can bring it under control. Look at your pancreas and see how it controls your blood sugar. Look at your exercise habits. Nothing is easy when it comes to loosing weight and reclaiming your health. Fennel needs to be used only for a short time and in very small doses in a larger formula that focuses on helping to balance the needs of the body. I have a formula that works on helping the body to balance the pancreas. I made it for a diabetic gentleman who was having trouble getting his blood sugar stablized. He used it along with his insulin and got fantastic results. His blood sugar stabilized and he lost 15 lbs. because his cravings were kept under uncontrol. This was nearly 4 years ago and he is still doing well today. I have also tested this on many other people during this time with good results. So what I am saying is that you need to look at what you really need to help balance your body and its cravings besides using stop-gap approaches. I, myself, use this formula and when I use it, it works well for me. If you have anymore questions, please email me privately at sos1. Thank you for listening. Rhavda Emison > " J. Guest guest
Dear Rhavda, Would you be willing to share the recipe for helping the pancreas? I'd love to learn more and muscle test to see if this would assist me with my new focus on regaining greater health and energy.
