Guest guest
I like Arnica Montana for this. I use an arnica/ivy cream on clients as needed and I take arnica pellets internally when I do activities (like yardwork) that might overtax my joints and tendons. I have a friend who at 75 still goes on a yearly ski trip. She uses the cream on her joints and takes the pellets and swears that she has no aches or stiffness.
