My daughter plays flute and her carpal tunnel

(tendonitis)became so bad she couldn't play her

flute and she is on a scholarship for flute. We

used BF & C ointment and also put Professor

Cayenne's Deep Heating Balm over the BF & C. She

also took the BF & C in capsules (dried herbal

comb., not ointment) We then wrapped her arms with

muslin and she slept with it for approx. two weeks

and it was gone. Some one on a list that I am on

indicated that oatstraw also worked.

You can find out more about Dr. Christopher's

formulas here

http://www.healthproducts.cc/supplements-christopher.htm

In addition to this Basil, Birch, Cypress,

Helichrysum, & Peppermint should also give some

relief.

on 'no moderator'. We are expected to be responsible adults and

moderate ourselves for a bit.
