Guest guest
I am new to Aromatherapy and to your group, but fascinated by the whole subject. Do any of you have a solution to tendonitis in the wrist, normal medical treatment has failed, as has magnotherapy, any help or advise gratefully received, Jan
Guest guest
Dear Jan, First, how did you get tendonitis in the wrist? How long have you had it, etc? There are several herbal and aromatherpy avenues that you can try. I had tendonitis in both wrists after my son was born (I later found out that this is common for new mothers as well as painful). I tried everything and finally ended up with an old herbalist who put me on Oatstraw herb caps (2 x 3 times a day). Within 3 days I had no pain within 3 weeks I had full useage of my hands. I still can't crotche today but I sure do make a good pain formula that has oatstraw and other pain relievers in it. If you would like, please email me privately about your problem but it is good for the group to know how you good this problem. Then maybe it will save someone else from making the same mistake. Guest guest
I have had tendonitis for about 8 months, I did it whilst clearing some grass and weeds off a concrete path, I was using a spade to do this, nothing unusual, it just started with a few twinges and gradually got worse, if I use the wrist as little as possible it is bearable, but this is not easy as we live on a farm and there are a lot of tasks to do that involve both wrists. I have found that a support bandage makes it worse. It is so frustrating as one of my jobs is to knit up the wool from our Angora goats and I find I can not do any knitting now at all, any advice would be appreciated, Jan - Rhavda Emison <sos1 < > Tuesday, December 28, 1999 6:18 PM Re: [AX] Tendonitis > sos1 (Rhavda Emison) > > Dear Jan, > First, how did you get tendonitis in the wrist?
