Guest guest
Thanks to everyone who wrote about using EOs internally. I shall follow my teacher's training! Don't worry Lynn, you've sent me support yourself, so my thoughts remain caring & supportive to you. Thanks also to Helen & Tracy, Lynn also, who helped me out with Vetiver. I look forward to ordering the oil in January now! I wondered if anyone had anything on Tangerine. We only did 10 oils in the aromatherapy class I went to, so I'd like to expand my knowledge, and be able to offer more to others too. It's not in any of the books I have. I value those who have more knowledge than me, it's good of you to share so freely. Also, I'm going to massage a lady with osteoporosis in her lower back in January. What sort of oils would people advise? Lavender and Marjoram spring to mind. Thanks ever so much, in anticipation!
