Sharon,

You can do a blend of Tangerine, Myrtle, Spearmint, Peppermint and Grapefruit

blended in Almond or Grapeseed oil. Rub on feet and tummy...i even put some

under my nose!

Tangerine 5 drops

Myrtle 2 drops

Spearmint 5 drops

Peppermint 3 drops

Grapefruit 15 drops

Add to

2 oz's of Carrier oil

Good Luck! It helps me alot!

Vanilla works to assist the body to eat only that which is needed not

everything in site! it works too!!! I have vanilla candles burning

throught out the house. Also vanilla assists ones self esteem and self

confidence - if you feel good about yourself you are less likely to eat.

In my family there is this condition - everytime the elbow bends the

mouth opens in expectation. Vanilla breaks the circuit and I do not

binge eat. Hopes this helps.

That's funny, when I burn the vanilla candles I am hungry, and go in search

of a sweet. I'm on the thin side, so with the idea that it assists the body

with what it needs to be doing, then maybe the vanilla is encouraging me (or

a thinner person) to eat.

Karen - if what works? You need to copy and paste part of the previous

message your talking about, so we know what you mean.

The moderator has been away from the list for a little bit - are you having

problems with the messages?
