I've only recently become interested in aromatherapy after being introduced to it by a friend. I am looking forward to learning more about it and am reading as much as possible on the subject. There is one thing that bothers me. So far in everything that I have read, there are warnings about adulterated oils. As a beginner in all of this, how do I know if an oil that I have bought is pure?
