Dear List Members,

 

Like in the past, there have been some times when I have gone over some posting

rules just to be sure they are clear to everyone.

 

I have noticed these specific rules are not yet clear to some. (You received

your posting rules in your welcome message when your joined the list.)

 

 

3-ALL Complaints are to go directly to the list manager and NOT the list.

 

I have been told by several people that they have received complaints from

listmembers directly to them. This is not acceptable and members are subject to

immediate cancellation of their subscription. If you have been sent a complaint

by a member of this list, they are to be forwarded to me and are not for you to

deal with. Complaints are for me to deal with and are welcome. There are over

240 members here and not everyone can be happy with everything.

 

5- Please include a reference to the email you are answering on the list, so

that everyone on the list may easily understand what it is that you are

talking about. You may do this by cutting and pasting, or you may paraphrase the

original posting.

 

The cutting and pasting is a must. Please do not just hit the reply button and

send your message with the whole digest you are answering to or the whole

message. This takes a lot of my time to edit messages so that they will be

easier for you to read.

 

 

9 - Please do not post advertising. Period. There is a special " links " section on

the community page for this.

 

Though I do allow links to websites in posts to answer someone's question, this

list does not allow signature lines nor does it allow you to add your personal

webpages in posts. You are also allowed when signing to add the name of your

company if you would like. You can always refer someone in your message to the

links section of our community.

 

If this is still not clear to you, please do not hesitate to contact me. If you
