Hi all

My favourite blend for insomnia is lavender, marjoram and neroli, with

sandalwood if

you like. Put it in a bath milk and into a late-night bath (not too hot):

5 drops lavender

4 drops marjoram

4 drops neroli

2 drops sandalwood

If no bathmilk, use fresh full-cream milk.

All the base notes are sedative too: patchouli, rose absolute, cedarwood,

vetiver,

benzoin, spikenard and so on.
