insomnia

I have been going through cyclical bouts of insomnia and have been

experimenting with oils. For a while it helped me to use lavender---the most

effective way for me was to put it on the soles of my feet. I am wondering if

anyone else has tried oils for insomnia. For a while I was using clary sage

but it stopped being effective.

You may want to try to use Angelica, Bergamot, Roman Chamomile and Geranium

combined in almond oil and applied to the soles of feet and to the forehead,

under the nose too if you like.
