Hi Kati,

You could take Frankincense, 5 drops, lavender, 10 drops, Marjoram, 5

drops,

Thyme (red) 4 drops, Eucalyptus 6 drops, and add to almond oil, or grapeseed

oil (2 oz). Rub on chest and neck area, also on back, also to the feet. Add

warm socks, warm shirt to keep him nice and cozy.

Hope this helps and he is feeling better soon :o)

Best Regards,

I am not sure about oils for him (I am not that experienced - yet) but I

used to take my daughter to the shower when she was really bad and steam the

room up quick. As a preventative I used to vaporise Eucalyptus in the room

all night.

One thing I have heard recently, and it does sound odd, but that is to take

them out in the cold night air. The latest suggestions from Drs here. It is

so scary when they have croup isn't it?

Thinking of you and your son.
