Guest guest
Hi all My name is William and I live in East Kent, UK. I have been interested in aromatherapy for about 4 years, but it is only now that I am taking a Diploma part-time in an attempt to get qualified. This is at a local Adult Education college, and lasts for 33 weeks, but only 3 hours per week. So you can imagine I have my work cut out, esp. on the massage side. We have to do 6 case studies, with a min. of 6 sessions each. Since most of this massage will have to be done at home, I am seriously considering buying a massage couch as I don't think I'll be able to do full-body massages on the floor! How is training in other countries? Don't know what else to say, except " Hi " to everyone. I would like to tell all that I can be contacted anytime, since I don't work and only have housework and the aromatherapy to occupy me. Also, I noticed that one member (Melanie) commented on oils for depression. This is something that has touched my life greatly, too, so I would be happy to answer anything on that if I can. I have some experience in the field. I am a good listener as well. My favourite oil is probably geranium, which our teacher tells us is the balancing oil. But I am addicted to most of them if truth be known. Last night clary sage saved my life with awful insomnia (1 drop on the pillow). Bye for now.
