Introduction

My name is Paula Sillars and I live in Christchurch, New Zealand. I work

for a computer consulting company as a system engineer/consultant.

 

I am fairly new to aromatherapy and have joined a number of mailing lists

(where I lurk) so I can learn as much as I can.

 

I have a few oils that I have purchased as the mood struck me. Unfortunately

I don't have the knowledge or the courage to use some of them as I don't

know what to combine them with or how to use them.

 

I'd love some suggestions on how I can use the following oils, perhaps in my

oil burner or in the bath. I have Grapeseed and Jojoba Carrier oils too.

(I'd be particularly interested in how to use the ones marked with a * )

 

Clary Sage

Peppermint

Tea Tree

Lavender

Cardamon*

Palmarosa*

Cypress*

Ylang Ylang

Patchouli

Lime*

Orange

 

I am going to ask Father Christmas for some Geranium oil and " The Fragrant

Pharmacy " by Valarie Worwood as I have been a good girl this year :-)
