Hello, my name is Sara. I have been studying, on my own, about essential oils and aromatherapy for a few years now. I look forward to sharing and learning more with all of you, and trust that this will be a most enjoyable experience. Happy Breathing! Guest guest
Nakota, Would we call this delirium? Drink more water & /or break the fast. Sue ======================== Hi everyone, I would have sworn that the days were creeping by and that there was at there was at least 50 hours in the day but what I am feeling and what is actually happening is completely different. When I logged in here today I would have sworn that it was still yesterday but instead I am shocked that a day has actually passed. I was going to post that this has been one of the longest days of my life but instead I have lost the night, I don't remember ever going to sleep or waking up or for that matter I don't recall the sun going down or coming up. Boy, fasting is a strange thing, no matter how many times I do it, that fact, never ceases to amaze me. All of my words, the spelling, seems to be wrong.......none of the words look right. So if you don't understand this post, I apologize. Right now I do still have that sense of unreality and I could swear that at least twice my cats have walked through the walls and when I took a bath earlier, it was so weird, I was convinced that I was going to wash down the drain with the water....LOL. My companion parrot does a good job of keeping me somewhat grounded, he is aware that I am fasting so he keeps his voice down and practices his vocals in a whisper....I'm always amazed at how 'in tune' he is to me. The is this awful taste in the back of my throat today.......curdled milk and car exhaust, I think.....yuck. Today this scale says 118 lbs and I looked in the mirror and found that the last of my stretch marks have disappeared, I'm glad of that I thought I would be plagued with them for the rest of my life just for having a couple fat years. Should I set an alarm clock or something to help mark the time? I despise alarm clocks but I have to do something. Nakota -- I am using the free version of SPAMfighter for private users. When I broke some bones a while back I was given that to relieve the pain and I felt the same way but worse. Never took codeine again. Now I am just worn out. Are you fasting too Sue? Just curious.
