I currently am doing my hours for my masters in Reiki. My teacher did a workshop on Bach Flower Remedies. As a result I started looking into alternatives to over the counter drugs. My search lead me to aromatherapy and herbal remedies. I enjoy all of the posting, sorry I don't post I'm new at all this stuff. Right now I am just absorbing all of the information.
