I found a briefcase at a thrift shop. Not one of the soft ones, but a hard case. A small rectangle or square hard suitcase would probably work just as well. I took some high density foam (which I had laying around) and cut the pieces to size and glued them to either side of the case. (boy it would sure be easier to send a picture!) When the case is closed, the foam almost touches the one on the opposite side. I then proceeded to my hubby's workshop and found a piece of 3/4 " plywood. I cut that to size as well. I laid out (on paper) how many holes I could make of various sizes (mostly for 5 ml. bottles, but some for 10 & 15) and marked the center of the holes for the drill press bit. I then figured out how to work the drill press, taking care to leave my digits intact, (I am by no means a woodworker) and drilled about 75 various sized holes in the plywood. I simply laid the plywood into the case (the plywood was now very light, as it was mostly holes) and placed my oils in there. When the case is closed, the foam keeps all the bottles snug and they don't rattle around. I also cut out a couple of spots in the edge of the plywood to just have a place for some pencils, misc. empty bottles & carrier oils. You can just be creative with the design. If all this is about as clear as mud, let me know and I'll try to clarify. I've also seen someone that had ordered a full line of oils from a company that sent them in a metal briefcase and simply used high density foam with holes cut in it for the oils and that seemed to work pretty well for storing them too. My case works real well for me, as I take my oils to the office when I'm there three days a week and I get in trouble with my 4-year-old daughter if I don't bring them home so she can help me mix up a " nighttime blend. (She even knows not to use peppermint in the diffuser at night. I just about never got her to sleep once when I did. When her dad was helping her one evening to do her blend, he chose peppermint and she said " No papa, that's a morning oil! " ) Hope this helps, Sandy Horner, RMT

I use very large nails and screws for various sizes and styrofoam to hold the bottles in place. Works great and when the styrofoam wears out, you can throw it away and replace it easily.
