Hi folks, I, too would love to slay the beastie! I've quit and started several times, and I don't think my self esteem could take another failure! I'd love some suggestions for support for kicking the habit. The last time I quit, I mixed up a blend that was mainly for stress, and while that seemed to help, I started back again :-( It seems that it's more than just stress that smoking relieves, it understand it also is a tool for suppressing grief. Maybe a grief & stress blend would be appropriate. Any advise or suggestions (or even your best guess) would be greatly appreciated. Namaste, Sandy Horner, RMT PS, I think I introduced myself a while back (I'm on several AT lists, and can't keep track of them all), but if I didn't let me know. Guest guest
Here is a rather long and complicated formula but it really helps with both smoking and drug addictions. I would suggest that you keep it with you and put 1 or 2 drops on your hands and rub them and smell them everytime you want a cigarette. You can also put some on the bottom of your feet in the morning when you get up and at night when you go to bed. They should be mixed in this order for best results. 1 part Sandalwood 1 part Orange 1 part Chamomile 1 part Eucalyptus 2 parts Fennel 2 parts Marjoram 3 parts Grapefruit Iff you were going to use them on other parts of your body or in a bath I would suggest that you add 4 or 5 parts carrier oil.
