Guest guest
In meditation it's important tha t the aroma you are using invokes no memory for you which will flood the mind and defeat the object of the excercise. I use blends in which no one ingredient predominates and by balancing these a unique aroma is made.Oils can be chosen by whatever you are drawn to but here are some ideas:- Cotemplating woody aromas sandlewood.Amyris,Ho-wood Invigorating woody aromas pine ,spruce, cypress, fir Fruits for centering vanilla, lemon, cardoman, tangerine Enlightening fruits grapefruit, mandarin, lime, orange. blessings Jan
