Guest guest
Hi Kati I have found camomile (preferably German - cam. matricaria, though Roman - anthemis nobilis would do) to be the best antidote to cramps. Use preferably in a compress, or a massage cream/oil. You can add mandarin or lavender, or both. Camomiles seem to be for dull aches, and lavender for sharper pain, so if it's both, use the two together. You could also try agnus castus (homeopathic tincture). For fighting bugs: Ravensara and echinacea. For tearfulness: Bach Rescue Remedy, or the equivalent in flower remedies in your part of the world. Good luck!
