Guest guest
Hi guys! I could really use your help...every month, I have the WORST menstrual cramps imaginable, so bad sometimes that it feels like I'm going in labor all over again. I've always had problems with this ever since I was 13, but it got WAY worse after I had Hunter. There is at least one full day out of every month where I am just completely incapacitated. On top of that, I am fighting off some kind of " bug " , so I am really under the weather. Anybody have any suggestions to ease my pain/discomfort...I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. I have been in tears half the day! Thanks so much! Always in faith, Kati
Guest guest
Kati, Before anything, have you seen a doctor about this? And what did he/she say? Guest guest
Kati and all~ first off when it comes to menstaual stuff and heavy cramping - before doing the oily part we MUST do the round off...good nutrition and exercise. and water (geez...lotsa water must be in everything I talk about Additional calcium has helped many. (check the healthfood store) We also must take into consideration the type of birth control that is being used (if any) - and look at family history. I have found that walking will help decrease cramping - and then we have the time period when we would shoot someone for anyone even mentioning walking.... so on with the oils~ With the oils, try a warm bath, a warm compress of course massage - pick and choose from the following: basil, Chamomille (Roman or German), clary sage, cypress, frankinscense, juniper, lavender, marjoram, melissa, peppermint, rosemary. Mix with your carrier and massage your lower back and stomach. I would use about 15 drops EO to about 2 tps - but sources will vary on that. Also, massaging the ankle area with the blend seems to work (amazing huh?) Happy health! Namaste~ Candyce
