Good Morning all!

 

I am coming out of lurkdom here, I've been reading and trying to absorb all

the information I can on aromatherapy. I don't know much but I want to know

more.

 

Vicky, I have no personal knowledge of EO's that would help carpal tunnel.

I am in the beginning stages of carpal tunnel. I have found through

searching on the net that Vitamin B6 is a great help. I not only take V B6

but also take B complex. As long as I take my daily dosage, I have no

problems with my wrists, but if for some reason I miss just 1 dosage (2

times a day), I can really tell a difference. I am on a computer most of my

waking moments either at work or at home plus I have my own craft business,

so with a combination of all it really puts a toll on my wrists. I also

have a friend who has had surgery on both her wrists and she still has some

problems, she has also begun to take V B6 which seems to be helping. The

combination of V B6 and B Complex plus the exercises I found here on the

net, really helps me.

 

Just a thought.

hi carita and all

thank you for the patient's eye view. you helped me remember why i started to study this medicine in the first place. Acupuncture treatement (Ac Tx) helped me immensely. after a few years of MD's and DC's because of a car wreck .i started getting Ac Tx and i really felt much better actually healing as opposed to a lack of symptoms. here i am now licensed and practising in NYC and Westchester.

my suggestion is for you to use this site as a resource and ask whatever questions you may have about Ac herbs philosophy tai qi etc and let the person responding know that you dont understand... i wonder how many smiling nodding faces mean "you're so far over my head if i act like i understand maybe he will stop talking" instead of "oh yeah i got it now"
