I add patchouli EO, patchouli herb, and patchouli tea to the soap. Handcrafted soap utilizing EO's and herbs for scent and their theraputic properties is extremely popular. This is not the forum for soapmaking, if you are interested, do a search on " soapmaking " , and you will get many sites either on making it yourself or commercial sites selling handcrafted soap. There are also several soap lists on . I actually got into aromatherapy from my interest in soapmaking. I do have some totally unscented liquid soap I bought from another soapmaker to use for shampoo, but have never used it, I prefer my patchouli soap for shampoo also.
