Guest guest
Dear Linda Hello! Thank you so much for telling me about the CST information. It is very new to me. I had gone to massage therapy before and it works well on me. I am suffering with my back pain for longtime. My doctor told me to see Physical Therapist for ulltrasound. I have not gone try it before. I am on the massage therapy list. I prefer to not try the ulltrasound. I prefer massage than use the ultrasound. My question how can I tell massage therapist about CTS? My back pain started to feel hurt from climb on my desk and open or close my bedroom window. so my friend and I had to move my desk to the wall and keep the window floor space so I can walk and stand up when I want to close or open my window. Warmly -- Jaimi Lard

I am fortunate enough to have both my personal physician (a D.O.) and massage therapist certified in CST at Upleger.
Guest guest
Re: Cranial Sacral It's great work....if I remember correctly it realigns the plates of the skull and balances the pulses of the spinal fluid that flow up and down your spine. I've had it done and it's great. There MUST be websites with tons of information about it since there are training sessions in many different massage schools across the nation at least and probably around the world. -Kathrin
Guest guest
Hi Barb, Thanks for the article! Great timing... I am actually in the middle of writing an article about all of the different types of body work and alternative healing modalities available. Your description of cranial sacral was great....
