Guest guest
Greetings and salutations, My name is Linda Partsch. I live in northern California with my husband, three cats and two dogs. Our cats let us share their house only because we have 'thumbs' and can operate the can opener! Kids are grown and gone and am blessed with four grandchildren. Oh where do I begin. I am into so many different yet complimentary avenues that I have more library than house. I got started in aromatherapy when doing astrological readings (60's). The 'smells' as my clients call them became an integral part of my practice in the mid 80's. I am a holistic practitioner and hold certificates in aromatherapy, colortherapy, hypnotherapy, reiki and am currently working on my certification in Cranial Sacral Therapy. My house is full of crystals and rocks. Oh, almost forgot my addictions - beads, books (good ones!), crystals, EO's and music (and I take it all camping!! every chance I get). I teach beadwork. It is therapy, really, just ask they beads. In my classes I admonish my students " to make their own designs, create beauty, take what I have taught you - technique - and improve on it. This class was but a starting point on your journey in Beauty. " My grandmother told me the secret to staying young is to never stop learning. It will be good to share and learn in a safe atmosphere. Happy smells to you... Linda

Guest guest
Dear Linda Hello! It is very nice to meet you! Your story about yourself sound very interesting. What does cranial sacrial Therapy mean? I have never heard before. I remembered I used to make beads at school. I use my hands to find the bead hole and put string through it. I also can feel smooth and rough even different shapes of beads. I am color blind but I can see black gray and white. For example. I go clothes shopping with my mom and she find color that match everything so I would feel the material to memory as I am mostly blind but can see little. Please feel free to ask questions smile. Aromatherapy smells make me feel excited and so interesting as I cant hear music due profoundly deaf. touch and smelling give more informations for me Have a good rest of the week with fall season smell nature trees and leaves air. -- Jaimi Lard http://ww4.webbernet.net/~jls jls AIM: JaimiLS To Join AIM, go to http://www.aol.com/aim for information on join. I'm the new girl! My name is Heidi. I'm a 25 year old pagan from Alaska. I am married to Dan and have no kids of the human sort, but I do have two dogs, Bear and Chloe. Don't tell Chloe that she is a dog though... hehe... she's a princess with a capital P! My first experience with crystals and stones was when I was young. I had a quartz crystal which had a man made depression in the center of it for your thumb... these crystals were advertised as " Worry Stones " I had that quartz for a very long time. Now as an adult, I have an Obsidian that I rub between my fingers when I can't sleep. I haven't worked a whole bunch with crystals... I've done a few healings here and there on myself. So basically, this group hollared out to me and I joined. So that's that in a nutshell. Feel free to ask any questions! I do have MSN messenger as well, my ID is heidi_cox, should you decide to add me. I don't use Messenger though. Thanks everyone! Guest guest
Hi Anakhita, I'm , 53 and in menopause <yuk> but have not had poltergeist activity. What I would do with all the rocks, crystals, shells, etc is place them in a huge pot of pure water and sprinkle in sea salt - a lot of it. Then set it in location where it can receive sun and moon light for several days. (Now is a good time due to the full moon.) This will cleanse out negative energy. After that you can individually or collectively charge them. I would place my hands over the lot and charge them with peace, love, and well being. Then when you want to do something specific with any of them, you can charge them individually for the purpose in mind. That's how I do it and I've been working with rocks and crystals for more years than I care to remember - lol. Good luck, , " anakhita " <anakhita> wrote: > Hi, > > I'm new here too and looking forward to learning alot and adventuring > with my crystals and stones in a new way.
