Thanks for the suggestions on the car blends. I'll try

it.

 

Also, Tracy once said that a great book for the real

beginnesr is " Aromatherapy for Dummies " . I bought it

and love it. It has some great recipes and also list a

bunch of oils in the back. It tells you all ways to

use EO's and tells you some good safety tips.This

would be a great place to start so you can get to

understand aromatherapy in simple terms. Then you can

go on to other books.
