My name is Janice and I live in Australia. I have done an Aromatherapy course and am now studying aromatherapy massage. In regard to problem, I have had migraines and could not stand cold compresses, I used heat packs. Maybe this would work with you too. If the smells make you worse try just lavender in jojoba oil massaged lightly over your temples and forehead, also around back of neck and shoulders. Or you could put 1 part clary sage with 3 parts lavender and only use 2-3 drops per 10ml. I also use a lavender heat pack on the back of neck and forehead. Drinking a weak tea of peppermint may help your stomach also you could try 1 drop peppermint or spearmint with 5ml jojoba and massage your stomach clockwise.
