Oh Boy,

What a difficult question. I have been having trouble with that one too. I

think it's mostly by trial and error. Most oils are NOT 100% pure. You can

ask the manufacturer of the oil for a certificate of authenticity and/or lab

analysis. You can also try and get a sample oil and see what you think. I

have been told that it comes from experience. Also, the price. Oils are not

cheap. I asked people what oils they liked best. I am from Canada and

haven't yet tried any oils from the USA. All mine are from Canadian

companies.
