Thank you for your introduction. I have also been plagued with depression in the

past but I have learnt that depression is a time to learn about yourself.

 

Also, I just wanted to know if the lavender works for YOUR fatigue? Lavender

helps for stress and a good night's sleep, but I don't think it is a useful oil

for fatigue. A good choice would be Geranium. It can create a tranquil

atmosphere without sedation, relaxing but mentally uplifting.

 

I also love Jasmine. Wow, what a beautiful frangrance.

 

I am grateful for your introduction.

Thank you so much Chris!!! I'm fairly new to all of

this, so any input is of great value. I'm going to

work with glycerin for now. I'm very excited to get

started and thanks for the head's up on the crystals!
