Guest guest Posted April 29, 2010 Report Share Posted April 29, 2010 Dear All, It is amazing to see that a simple extension of awareness among expectant mothers regarding the right nutrition during pregnancy can make wonders.A better pregnancy outcome in the form of reduced complications and better birth weight of the new born is recently reported.The nutrition aspects of pregnancy are well endorsed in ayurveda and thereby ,this study needs a due attention as a reappraisal to what we see in ayurveda.Please find below a link to the article and a PDF of the same.
