Guest guest
Does your friend consume any artificial sweeteners in sodas etc. I think you are right with extra B vits and a look at diet might help i.e cut out the processed food and try to eat organically. Guest guest
Welcome Fi Hello fellow homeopath ! A rare breed ! I qualified nearly 8 years ago and have teenage children. This also makes for an interesting life where I learn a thing or two - an Xmas present for my daughter was a keyring which said 'Ask a teeneager NOW while they still know everything!' I use flower essences aswell, including Ian White's Australian Bush Essences and have been to his seminars in the UK. They come with all that Aussie sunshine, which we often could do with here :0) Peace, love and harmony Teresa x Do get in touch if there is anything you want to chat about Homeopathy wise

Guest guest
HI Cheryl, yes it is scary to go out on your own and try to understand what to eat, what not to eat, but that is what this list is for. Doctors have never helped me, not once, and that is scary and very sad in itself. Pretty much once you have fungal candida it is very hard to get rid of, it just moves to another place in your body. Candida is a first a bacteria in your bowel that really doesn't bother you, but the standard American diet breeds tons of candida that mutates to a fungal form over time and enters the bloodstream through the bowel. Candida feeds on sugars and yeasts. How are you doing now? Welcome to the group!Kelly Win a $20,000 Career Makeover at HotJobs

Guest guest
Oil of peppermint very often works to relax the muscle spasms. You can get that in something as simple as Altoids. Has to be peppermint though, and the real oil. That worked all the time with my son, but he never really had a severe attack either. But you could try it. One of the things often done to move away from lung diseases is to clean up the intestines, as well as continuing with cleaning and rebuilding the liver. Another herb very good for liver function and the intestines is boldo leaf. Cat's claw is very good as well. Brew the cat's claw as a tea. It speeds up the regeneration of the lining of the intestines. Also, to clean up, replenish the good bacteria in the stomach. Eat better food as well, closer to raw (not raw meat). Plenty of fruits and vegetables. Check out everything you do in small quantities to avoid allergy reactions to something different you add to your diet. Cleaning up the intestines has a better chance of controlling, and healing, than taking care of symptoms. Ed On Mar 6, 2005, at 10:13 AM, lightninghawk2004 wrote: > > > Hello everyone.
