Guest guest
Hi ReNau, Do you literally mean to lightly freeze the quartz first? If so, and if that's possible, that's a great idea! Similarly I have a microwavable rectangular bean bag thing (can't think of the name lol) that I use often. If I place stones like hematite on that (not in the microwave!) then they heat up nicely and I can create my own 'hot stones' for a warming healing. Anyone else do stuff like that? Guest guest
Tina, Reiki is on its way for both you and Josh (love that time/space travel!). A loving, self-healed clear quartz crystal will help with healing. Selenite is also good, if you have some--gentle healer and protector, and helps with emotional healing as well. Amber is also excellent for drawing out pain and gentle healing. Love and light, Cindy

If so, and if that's possible, that's a great idea!~~ If you were careful to make certain the crystal did not have and fractures in it already and certainly not an enhydro (liquid in internal chambers) a light freezing would be fine but I was more referring to just using them at their room temperature.. If you have noticed, quartz crystals (and many other crystals) are cooler to the touch at room temperature then things like fabric and wood. They are usually cooler then glass as well.. Blessings to your weekend and Happy Thanksgiving to those in the US.
