I work for a qualitative research company and am currently working on a project focusing on aspects of food and drink culture in China and Malaysia. We were hoping to be able to carry out some expert interviews with academics or professionals with relevant expertise in a specific area. We are looking primarily to speak to people who are experts or know about the following areas: - traditional and modern relationships with functional ingredients and diet in Chinese cultures. I was hoping that there may well be someone within IASTAM who might be able to help due to the merging of food and medicine in Chinese cultures.
