Ayurveda teaches us how to be healthy, how to eliminate diseases etc. But what are the basic principles, based on which this disases generate. If lived well no one needs any therapy. Why there is a increase in the number of diseases across the world over. SImilar diaseases are repeating. Something is common among all. Human being has standard structure throught the world.
