Guru Charanam SaranamDr. ANMBUMANI RAMADOSS INAUGURATES SANTHIGIRI'S PANCHAKARMA CENTRE IN TAMIL NADU Shri Anbumani Ramadoss, Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare, inaugurated the Santhigiri Ayurveda Panchakarma Centre, at the campus of Thiruvalluvar College of Engineering & Technology, Vandavasai, Thiruvannamalai district, 160 Kms from Chennai, on the 13th May 2006. The plaque was also unveiled jointly by the Minister and Santhigiri Ashram's President Swamy Jyothirmaya Jnana Tapaswi and Director, Swamy Gururetnam Jnana Tapaswi in the presence of Prof. (Dr.) S. Arunachalam, Chairman and Founder of the Engineering College, Shri R. Gopalkrishnan, CEO, Santhgiri Ashram, Shri Jayakumar and Shri Santhanan, Ashram representatives. The Minister promised to look into the possibility associating Santhigiri, the authentic organization, which is genuinely promoting and reviving the traditional systems. As an initiative, it was decided to run Mobile Clinic for the rural poor in association with Santhigiri at Thiruvannamalai district. Angelo Mohanan, New Delhi.
