Guest guest
Why wouldn't they feed the cats the chicken wings? I thought cats could digest the bones but that it was dogs who couldn't handle this? Guest guest
>>>>>One of my cats has teeth problems also, do you ever try to clean their teeth? Hi Ed, the only thing that will clean your cats teeth are raw chicken necks, cut in half. Some people also feed the wings, but i have 11 who say, " no way Jose " . <G> Mind you, if the teeth are really bad, you may have to get them cleaned by your vet first. I tried the toothbrush and fishy flavoured t/paste on about 4 or so of my cats, almost needed a blood transfusion, so gave that idea away. Though you can train kittens (and some older cats) to have their teeth cleaned. >>>>>Use anything else to help them? Vitamins? I only feed raw meat, with the Anitra Frazier mix in it, plus steamed pumpkin, carrots and broccoli. Hope this is of some help to you. Regards, Dorothy. Mine just didn't like them. >>>>>but that it was dogs who couldn't handle this? I have a Briard and a Maltese terrier, they get chicken necks most nights and beef bones 3-4 times per week. It is cooked bones that dogs can't handle, because they splinter. Regards, Dorothy.
Guest guest
Well I am going to start Cairo my cat and Freckles my dog on the BARF diet today. I suspect they will be so happy.
